As the world is grappling with the deadly Coronavirus outbreak, human beings from all walks of life are coming forward to contribute in minimising the damage and ensuring essential supplies to fellow citizens.
Earlier, we came across several news articles highlighting the donations made by various Bollywood stars to the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM CARES) fund. Another young and promising actress Sara Ali Khan too has pledged to donate for fight against Coronavirus.
Sara Ali Khan posted on her Instagram account that she has pledged to donate to PM CARES fund and also to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (Maharashtra). She further urged everyone to do their bit for helping those who have been affected by the virus. According to Sara, in this situation, every contribution, whether small or big, counts.
Although it has not been mentioned that how much amount Sara Ali Khan has donated to the above mentioned funds, but it is praiseworthy that a young celebrity like her understands her responsibility and has come forward to help. All Sara Ali Khan fans who definitely expected the actress to step up for this cause are extremely happy with Sara’s generous act and have appreciated her a lot.
Bollywood actors including Akshay Kumar, Kartik Aryan, Varun Dhavan as well as South Indian top actors have donated generously to strengthen the Government’s hand in the fight against coronavirus.
